Frequently Asked Questions From Our Customers:
Q. Do I have to pay anything up front?
A. No, you only pay us when the job is completed and you approve of the roof completion and our other services in roofing. TN based Professional Roofers, Inc guarantees 100% customer satisfaction prior to payment!!
Q. Do you charge a fee for Inspection & estimates?
A. Our trained estimators and roof contractors provide free-no charge estimates.
Q. What happens if it rains during the roof installation?
A. We believe installing your roof when chances of rain are very low, no more than 30% chance of isolated rain. However, we remove shingles on individual slopes or gables one at a time to ensure we do not leave the roof exposed. Additionally, we work around rainy weather which may slow us down at times but ensures a higher quality finished product. Should it rain we will have the felt laid and will lay a tarp over that exposed area. At night we will always dry-in your roof.
Q. How long will it take to re-roof my house?
A. Typically our crews are matched with jobs to complete a roof system in 1 day. Depending on weather (heat, cold, & rain) installation could take 1-2 days.
Q. Once we request a quote, how soon will we hear from our roof contractors?
A. We respond to your request for inspection/ estimate within 24 hrs. After we receive your signed contract, you will be contacted in 1-2 business days prior to material delivery. Installation normally begins 1-2 days after material delivery.
