Inspect decking for proper installation of roofing shingles

Minimum of 6 nails per shingle, no more than 5/8 inch from bottom edge of shingle and on top of water line, based on manufactures specifications

Install premium asphalt underlayment / felt material.

Keep job site clean at all times.

Tarps to cover landscape and special tarp for AC units.

Roll yard and driveway with magnetic roller, nail removal

Insure proper intake and exhaust air vents to ensure enough proper attic ventilation.

Clean-out gutters

Staffed office for proper insurance supplemental billing to include itemized invoices. No payment until job is 100% complete/approved with your Satisfied (Residential customers only)
